Package 3: Lab Set-up
This package is for clients who want to set-up an in-house laboratory and/or quality control program. Tell us what tests you want to be able to perform and what your budget is, and we'll do the rest. We can work with you over the phone or in-person to ensure that you get all of the equipment and supplies that will be required to perform the testing you'd like. We promise we'll provide all training, theory, and methods so that you can hit the ground running in your new lab. Additionally, we can offer access to a proprietary quality control software to ensure your data are utilized efficiently and stored securely.

Package 4: Hop Utilization
We will work with you over the course of four (4) brew cycles to build robust, individualized hop utilization curves that account for the following variables: boiling time, boiling temperature, IBUs, pH, Alcolyzer parameters, and alpha- and iso-alpha-acids as measured by HPLC (optional). Two cycles will be used to build a hop utilization curve for your existing method and two cycles will be used to build a utilization curve for the experimental method. We promise this will allow you to compare and contrast how the changing variables will impact hop utilization.

Package 5: Vicinal Diketone (VDK) Monitoring
We will work with you over the course of three (3) brew cycles to build robust, individualized VDK fermentation curves with corresponding predictive models. Ten samples will be collected over the course of each brew cycle and analyzed via GC-MS to determine VDK concentrations. We promise analysis of these thirty samples will allow us to build a composite VDK fermentation curve and predictive function that will let you decrease production times while maintaining consistency. VDK curves can augment gravity curves, and in some cases, supplant them as the primary monitoring tool for brewing production.
