Beer Testing

​​Accurate analysis and quick turn-around times allow you to focus on what you do best:

We are TTB-certified beer chemists and can provide documentation free-of-charge if necessary. The chemical and microbiological parameters in our test menu are measured according to protocols established by the American Society of Brewing Chemists (ASBC) and the Association of Analytical Chemists (AOAC). Additionally, we always use fresh standards and quality controls when applicable to ensure that your results are accurate and correct. We realize that a lab that releases incorrect data is worthless, and we strive for perfection. Our dedication to detail has not gone unnoticed; we've worked with some of the most prestigious and well-recognized breweries in the nation.

Kombucha Testing

Don't make "just any kombucha."

We are the premier kombucha testing laboratory in the country and have made it our focus since we opened our doors. Testing kombucha is our bonafide specialty. You name it, we'll know how to test for it accurately. We've worked with over one hundred (100) kombucha producers throughout the United States and Canada since 2017. This has allowed us to develop an unrivaled and unparalleled understanding of what matters to kombucha producers in North America. 

We offer a variety of methods for most parameters in order to fit your budget and can provide guidance as to the strengths and weaknesses of each method. Importantly, every method has been validated in-house and is developed from ASBC and AOAC principles. Additionally, we pride ourselves on having a robust research & development program that allows us to solve the most complex problems in the industry.
